www.donorschoose.org is a wonderful way to help teachers who need supplies for their classrooms. I have written several proposals and they have been funded. My students absolutely LOVE it when the boxes of supplies come into the room. They cannot wait to use the new things that will help them with learning. I spend so much money on my classroom and with donorschoose, I have been able to supply my students with new things that I would not be able to have for my 1st graders. I have 2 proposals on the site now that I would love to have funded! If you feel compelled to give any amount of funding towards their fulfillment, it would be very appreciated!
